The food and service was amazing, a little pricey but it is Las Vegas and Gordon Ramsay’’s restaurant so understandable. Always wanted to try the Beef Wellington after seeing it on Hells Kitchen, it was delicious! The only thing I had a problem with is that my husband received a gift card for his birthday and we were unable to use it because the restaurant was inside Cesar’s Palace.. if we had known that we would have tried to find another GR restaurant that was not in a hotel.

There was great ambience and the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. We got a text 20 minutes before our reservation saying a table was ready - that was nice. Our server, Josh, reviewed the menu with us and let us know which items were popular and some of his favorites. We ordered the Steak Tartare - which was delicious - as was the Hot Homemade Potato Chips and the awesome Roquefort cheese dip. For entrees we had the Crispy Chicken Francaise and the Center Cut Pork Chop - both were amazing. For our sides we had Potato Puree and the Macaroni Goat's Cheese Gratin. The Potato Puree seemed a little loose and wasn't super hot when it arrived at our table but it still tasted great! The Macaroni Goat's Cheese Gratin was piping hot and so good! For dessert we shared the Pistachio Creme Brulee. Our server explained that their system was down so there was a delay in the delivery of the two martini's that were ordered after we sat down and one wasn't correct so Josh took it back and brought the correct martini. The dessert was also a little delayed but neither of these delays affected our experience. We would both eat there again and would love to try brunch or breakfast next time.

We had an amazing dinner with 3 phenomenal dinners that we all shared. There was a food explosion on our table with salad, soup, garlic bread and wines!! Do yourself a favor and enjoy a dinner here. Great staff, ambiance and history at your fingertips. Prices are amazing and the quality is outstanding. I will be returning soon!! I’m from NJ and know Italian food. It’s proper!!

Wyatt is the best server ever!!!!! We have been here multiple times and Wyatt is by far the best server we’ve ever had!!! Anytime we come back I will definitely be requesting him!!!
