Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff and great food. Only downside was that the servers seemed stretched thin, even during a time that wasnt super busy.

First time eating at Cascadia! I am a Hilton Team Member and it nice to know that my rate applies to this place. Besides that the food was amazing. We had the bacon burger, ribeye and the Ribs tasted amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone to try.
