His spot is an informal BYOB Italian eatery with an emphasis on the peasant dishes found in traditional homestyle Italian cooking. Influenced by the dishes he ate as a youngster, Angelo's cooking style stems from teaching and recipes taught by his mother and grandmother. The atmosphere is informal and the food and menus change often, allowing The Kitchen Consigliere to be a cozy, quaint and not over-the-top eatery for the entire family. Had dinner the night after Christmas. Place was very busy, but we were seated promptly at our reservation time. This is a neighborhood restaurant with tight seating, but very comfortable and inviting. Service was attentive and friendly. We had the little neck clams over linguini and the salmon. Both were very good. This is a BYOB. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but not a showstopper. This was our first time there and we will definitely return.

I think its a great place for the price point. Portions are huge. Appetizers were all good. Pastas are 7/10. Good place for big crowded dinners.

David Falcone is such a fantastic performer and really made mine and my date’s night. we stayed his whole performance!! also the pumpkin burrata & acorn squash was DELISH 🫶🏻 <— that’s for you david!!
