Dedicated to the expression of modern American cuisine, Prime: An American Kitchen & Bar is more than just a culinary adventure, it is a true experience.     The tranquil vibe during lunch is perfect for those who want a peaceful escape. A small, well-curated menu means that everything is carefully crafted and of high quality.     If you know what to expect, and you’ve been here on more than one occasion already, your expectations should be set …then you should be right there….this place is fantastic! I honestly love the mango habanero wings as they are the perfect amount of spice and flavor that I only find better sauces, available at blind rhino in Norwalk. MAKE SURE To BE SPECIFIC WITH THE WAGE STAFF THAT YOU WANT THE WINGS MARKED APPROPRIATELY AS THEY COME OUT! THE ONLY DOWNFALL I REALLY FIND HERE IS THAT THEY DON’T DO A GOOD JOB OF THIS WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR WHEN EATING WITH A GROUP AND ORDERING MULTIPLE SAUCES
