One Barrel has prepared intriguing gourmet dinner menus that will delight foodies as well as those of you who just love good-tasting food. We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve. We are taking safety precautions very seriously and asks all our guests to do the same. We're now open for lunch during the week, happy hour and dinner. Colorado's First Authentic Chinese Hotpot Restaurant!In China, one of the more popular ways to dine out with friends is to hit a hot-pot restaurant. At these often raucous halls, you order a bubbling cauldron of broth — in Sichuan, it’ll be spicy; northerners tend to like milder lamb broth — and then dump in a progression of thin slices of fat-ribboned meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and noodles. Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more.     The food and service are always outstanding. The chef and team create delicious meals with good portions! It’s nice these days to walk away feeling like your money is well spent. Our server Cliff was excellent. This remains our favorite restaurant in Denver.

    We had dinner before going to the zoo lights. The food was so delicious. We were greeted so nicely, I think a miscommunication happened because then we sat 25 mins with no drink orders. But nonetheless when we did get a server IT WAS WONDERFUL. Thank you

    They were open on Christmas and really saved the day! We were promptly greeted and seated. Wait staff was exceptional. The back waiter suggested I not add cheese to my dish as it would might make it too salty. After tasting it, I realized she was right! I really appreciated her having this knowledge and not being afraid to share her suggestion. The atmosphere is lovely and although it was bustling, somehow the surrounding noise was not overwhelming. 5 of us who had never been all gave it 5 stars and will all definitely be going back!

    Really liked the vibe of this place. I don’t know if our waitress had a couple of big parties but it took awhile to even get water to our table. We made reservations and didn’t have to wait for our table to be ready it was good to go right when we got there. The food was pretty good, mashed potatoes were wonderful, sautéed veggies were also good, I had the chicken and it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. My family enjoyed their meals and the bar was quick with the drinks.
