Intriguing, interesting, different and a unique and imaginary plate presentation. We saw a U-Tube report on the Owner-Chef and the restaurant itself. We had to try it. We sampled 3 appetizers: Imperial Rolls, Steak Tartare and the Hamachi. All freshly made and tasty. Definitely Asian Fusion with contemporary American. The unique plates are difficult to describe for this traditional diner! Our two Entrees; a Duck Confit Special and the Slow Braised Short Ribs. Both excellent. For a wonderful meal and a very different food style the Black Sheep is perfect.

Espace convivial , repas très copieux ! Serveur très réceptif ,service rapide! Très bonne salade Caesar et salade d’épinards en entrées et plat principal : asperges grillées avec ribeye cuit comme on voulait : medium rare ! On vous recommande ce resto!

It was great food, great atmosphere, great prices, and lots of options. 8 miles off the beaten path of the strip was a great choice!

Food was delicious. One serving could easily serve 2. I ordered the nachos and my husband ordered the classic burger. I had more than my fill and my nachos looked barely touched. My hubby said the burger was the best he ever ate. Server Marc and beverage servers were a delight.
