Our food is a celebration of the ingredients and flavors of the African diaspora connected from Asia to the Americas — global comfort food. If one of these options does not appear, it is because we are currently booked for that type of seating during the date and time you are seeking. Only ding on the service was that following shift change, we had trouble getting our check. Only ding on the "chowda" was it could have been a little warmer. Otherwise, this remains a great spot for a good meal!

Paula our server was phenomenal, she knew the menu cold and paced our meal perfectly. Food was excellent. Seating could have been more comfortable and the day we came the sidewalk outside the front door was an iceslick. Simple things that could have made a very good experience excellent!

This place is a hidden gem in Boston. The ambiance is excellent, fun place to hang out with great food and drinks (not too mention the fact that the cups were really cool - the shark is priceless). I would highly recommend this spot.
