Excellently prepared food with a Maryland flavor, plenty of choice from both sea and land. Wine list is comprehensive and reasonably priced. Dessert is always a highlight, the house made Candy Bar is a favorite.

Hasn't changed since I was a kid, still amazing food and atmosphere. A Little Italy staple and must visit for anyone in Baltimore!

Everything about this place was fantastic. In addition to having the most magical holiday decor in town and a great waterfront view, the food and service were top notch. I ordered one of the specials (shrimp gnocchi in pesto sauce), which was out of this world. The bartender even indulged me by making a holiday drink not found on the cocktail menu. Parking was easy as well since Ampersea is located just outside the busy part of Fells Point. I highly recommend Ampersea to anyone who is looking for a memorable night out. It's always great, but those holiday decorations and comfort food winter specials easily put Ampersea at the top of my list at this time of year. I plan to go back next week to enjoy it in all its winter splendor one more time before those stunning decorations and delectable specials are gone.
