We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too. Let's just go ahead and title this as my favorite spot in Miami to go get a bite to eat. This time, I decided to come visit on my birthday with my wife! Hands down, I have to let you know how the bartender set us up just right with the perfect pre-birthday turn up Lemon Drops to start off the evening. The experience was nothing less of EXCEPTIONAL! The service, the attention to detail, the attentiveness to the customers, all 5 Star Ratings! Keep up the great work, Blue Collar! This is definitely one of the very few establishments that I frequently visit and always leave with positive results! 💯

This is the seaside restaurant for the standard hotel, and I would recommend eating here whether you’re staying at the hotel or if you just come to eat. One of the best hidden gyms in all of Miami. The food was fantastic. And our server Luis was even better

We had a great meal. We had just arrived that evening and it was the perfect place to have dinner. Food was delish. The sports games were on tv and our kids played battleship from the stack of games they have. Was a lot of fun.
