Colorado's First Authentic Chinese Hotpot Restaurant!In China, one of the more popular ways to dine out with friends is to hit a hot-pot restaurant. At these often raucous halls, you order a bubbling cauldron of broth — in Sichuan, it’ll be spicy; northerners tend to like milder lamb broth — and then dump in a progression of thin slices of fat-ribboned meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and noodles.     Amazing from the second we walked in!! Granted, it was 11am for brunch but everything was WONDERFUL. Casual, relaxed, trendy…not over board. If the AARP set feel super comfortable, they’ve nailed it 😁 The Feta and Tahini appetizer… OMG! You have to get it. First time eating there, I’m in love.

    We had dinner before going to the zoo lights. The food was so delicious. We were greeted so nicely, I think a miscommunication happened because then we sat 25 mins with no drink orders. But nonetheless when we did get a server IT WAS WONDERFUL. Thank you

    They were open on Christmas and really saved the day! We were promptly greeted and seated. Wait staff was exceptional. The back waiter suggested I not add cheese to my dish as it would might make it too salty. After tasting it, I realized she was right! I really appreciated her having this knowledge and not being afraid to share her suggestion. The atmosphere is lovely and although it was bustling, somehow the surrounding noise was not overwhelming. 5 of us who had never been all gave it 5 stars and will all definitely be going back!

    Haven’t been in several years and decided to go before zoo lights; wonderful way to enjoy Christmas Eve. The food was amazing, staff was friendly and ambience was comfortable; truly a gem and so glad I added them to our evening. Thank you

    I'm loving the new lamb chop appetizer !!! So many wonderful flavors !! Different from what you'll get anywhere else !! I've had it twice now and my dinner companion had it too and LOVED IT !! As always the service and surroundings were warm and welcoming. I'm so lucky to have this GEM so close.
