Fork Lore is a locally-owned independent Asheville restaurant featuring made-from-scratch cuisine. We source from local purveyors whenever we can and are proud to support our area farmers. In 2016, we and Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, in which we are located, received the top annual food and beverage award for overall food experience out of 218 Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the Americas region.
