The food was absolutely exquisite. Every dish was crafted with precision, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, everything was flawless. The wine selection was also top-notch, pairing perfectly with our meal. What truly made the night special was the ambiance—soft lighting, a gentle rotation that gave us different views of the skyline, and impeccable service that made us feel like VIPs. From the moment we walked into Saints + Council, I knew we were in for something special. The ambiance, a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, set the tone for an unforgettable culinary journey. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to make recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Every dish we ordered was a celebration of flavors. Now, let’s talk about the food. Each course was a masterpiece. We started with the crab dip and fried cauliflower, both a delightful fusion of fresh ingredients and bold flavors that danced on the palate. For the main course, I indulged in the salmon, cooked to perfection with a rich sauce that elevated the dish to new heights. We’ve all had our fair share of salmon, but this was next level! Every bite was tender and bursting with flavor, paired beautifully with crispy potatoes and asparagus. Dessert was the grand finale. The bread pudding was nothing short of perfection, a harmonization of textures and flavors that left me craving more. Overall, S+C exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff at 9 Mile Station was impeccable. Everyone there jumped in for assistance whether it was for good, direction, or even taking photos for guests in such a beautiful setting. Our server in particular was Maddox and he never missed a beat. His customer service will make me a repeat customer. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, unbeknownst to our server, but he still made it an amazing experience!! Thank you 9 Mile Station!
