James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. The restaurant will be his first concept to open since winning a James Beard award as 2023’s Best Chef Southwest and will be located on the first floor of the historic Skirvin Hotel (One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City). An Ambassador will call 1 to 2 weeks prior with questions to tailor the dinner. If you requested Chef’s counter seating, we will do our best to accommodate but have limited seating. Blind tasting menu: 7 course $137 each or 10 course $187 each. Wine Pairings - Silver: $100, Gold: $150, Platinum: $300.
