Every course from start to finish was so delicious. We started with the Italicus Spritzer made from Sicily's Bergamot Flower and Prosecco, very light and refreshing. Our appetizer was whipped feta and roasted red pepper, honey on toast, the combo of flavors was delightful. My salmon for the main course was cooked perfectly and was so tasty with the pear glaze. The carrot cake for dessert was so tasty sitting on some scrumptious caramel sauce. Our servers were attentive and accommodating. This restaurant is a hidden gem in LaGrange, not to be missed.

Our waitress, I believe, Jessica was her name , was exceptional. Not only did she provide courteous service, but her candid , informed recommendations were insightful, given our previous experiences at Coopershawk! The new Abrillante, International wine was a perfect accompaniment to the decadent chef’s cheesecake recommendation! A bottle is now waiting patiently in my refrigerator waiting to be uncorked!
