In 1958 Chico was the hotel’s speakeasy, a cozy secluded lounge hidden from the lobby. In fact, Chico Cabaret was originally designed and named after a famous speakeasy in Manhattan. Great experience from start to finish. Innovative drink menu, elevated Puerto Rican cuisine at its best. Highly recommend the buñuelos with bacalao and the ripe plantain pilón. Fish was fresh, caper sauce was an explosion of flavors.

We loved it! This was one of the best dinners I've ever had. We had the beef tartare, seafood stew, fillet special and the chocolate tart..everything was incredible and you can tell the attention to detail that went into it!! Thank you nicole, risa and the chef for a great dinner :)

Pancho and Joshua gave us an amazing experience in the world of omakase dining. All the waiters were super attentive and it was magical the way the chefs included our participation with the torch and how they explained all the dishes. Highly recommended!
