Bar Red is located just east of Colfax and Glenarm, two blocks from the Colorado Convention Center and directly across Colfax from the Golden Triangle. Bar Red offers Authentic Italian cuisine. Happy hour from 4pm-7pm and dinner from 5pm to close. The menu was prepared by Chef Luke McCoy. Chef Luke is classically trained in French and Italian Cuisine. Chef Luke's signature Seared Salmon Risotto is famous amongst regulars. Was amazing! We had a large group, and the staff was amazing! Especially the reservations manager, she contacted me multiple times and set us up in a wonderful table! Every thing was magical for my daughters ! 10 out of 10!

The food was excellent and so were the cocktails! The little details that show how the space was once a school are exciting, from the menus to the names of the cocktails to the fact that they retained so many classic components of the school make the space really exciting!

My colleague and I had an excellent experience. The interior design is absolutely beautiful, the seating is comfortable, and the ambience is elegant and relaxed. The food was good and presented beautifully, but they’re small portions. There is a great selection of drinks. The server was very attentive and kind. I’d love to return.
