We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews. 1st visit on Jan.1, 1pm for reference. Not crowded, so it was quiet, sans some jazz music. Service and food were excellent. We both ordered seafood platters and each happily took home leftovers. Will definitely return, next time we're in the mood for good seafood.

Took my wife there for a date night and everything was terrific. Great food and staff. The chef even came out to ask how everything was and discuss how he prepares some of the dishes.

Food and drinks were AWESOME! For the 3 of us we bought a Crab Pretzel appetizer and a Combo platter. Service was very good but no serving utensils were provided for our shared side dishes that came with the Combo platter. Since we are family we used our personal utensils but this really should not happen.

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.
