So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. We were warmly greeted by our friendly waiter Mario who provided superior customer service throughout our dinner. The food was superb from apps to entrees. A very memorable experience for everyone in our party. Highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

This has become one of my favorite places to eat in the last year! The only downside is the guitarist/singer. He is too loud and not particularly talented. This is not a piano bar. I personally don’t think he belongs in this type of setting. If he wants to sing a soft, happy birthday to a patron, that’s great, but he doesn’t need to continue to serenade them for three or four more songs at the top of his lungs. It ruins the experience for those of us sitting around it.
