For Central Jersey, this was without doubt the finest meal I ever ate, in a relaxed intimate atmoshpere and all reasonably priced too. Our waiter John, was most attentive and also helped in making a great wine selection. My partner and I often go into New York City and we also loved the option to enjoy a "Pre Fixe" dinner, as we do before B'way shows. We are already considering our dining time for Christmas day and have newlywed neighbors, anxious to come with us. The GOAT will definetly be our "go to" dining experience when we want great food in an upscale setting, without the NYC prices. Great value bc of byob. The most tender, delicious pork chop ever. Great Clam Shell Pasta dish. Fabulous brussels caesar salad. So tasty! Janice is a fabulous waiter!!

Trattoria Toscana provided an amazing dining experience. Everything was perfect from the beautiful environment to the delicious cuisine. We spent the evening with friends and had a wonderful time.
