The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Fantastic dinner experience with customized menu card congratulating us on celebrating an anniversary. Our server, Kyle, was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was phenomenal.

This is my first time trying Greek food! The server was really nice and helped answer all my questions. I ended up with the Psari Plaki which I found out is Halibut and Spanakopita which is spinach pie. Both so delicious!! We will be back! The owner even came over and introduced himself which I thought was a nice touch. Give this place a try if you haven’t yet
