Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. This is such a wonderfully consistent dining experience. The fresh sheet presents special treats to alternate or complement a varied menu. We had a fabulous filet, cooked perfectly. Attentive staff just add to a very pleasant evening.

Service is amazing, they were willing to accommodate moving us to a larger table even after we had sat. Willing to work with my dairy allergy and restrictions. Food was all really good. Only thing I had to say and asked the server to pass onto the kitchen was too much oil on my veggies. The basic salad with the vinaigrette is so good.
