Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Our server Sam was fantastic. His recommendations for food and beverages was spot on and made our decisions fun. I had been once before and service was good but really glad Sam took care of us this time. My friend and I were celebrating 27 years of friendship and a night away from hubbies and kids and he surprised us with glasses of bubbly at the end! Loved our experience. A supervisor or manager dropped off one of our entrees as well. And Louise our busser was fantastic too. Definitely will recommend friends to come for a lovely and delish dinner! Lamb ragu was amazing! Endive salad superb! Trout a little salty maybe because of soy sauce? Beverages on point and many options! Thanks for a great night!

Most lobby restaurants are not the greatest experience. The Milwaukee, however, was a pleasant surprise. From a gracious hostess to a joyful waitress, to a very, very good meal for the four of us. The only food negative was a relatively bland dressing on the Caesar salad. T”My pappardelle was outstanding and the others felt the risotto, burger and salmon were very fine.
