Join us for a tasting or cocktail made with our grain to glass spirits. We do not have a kitchen, but you can bring your own food or order in. It's a lovely place, food is great, owners are very friendly and welcoming. Only negative feedback I have is they charge a credit card processing fee if not paying cash. I worked at American Express for 20 years, so I'm sensitive to additional fees being assessed when venues benefit greatly from accepting credit cards to increase their business. But otherwise, everything is great here.

This was our first experience a Mauryas - they opened 7 months ago, but we hadn't heard about it. The staff went above and beyond to set up a table for us to be in the main dining room, provided extras that were not on the bill like preappetizers , prosecco and a birthday dessert. The food was incredibly good - we ordered off the Elevated Indian menu. They are able to accomodate parties of two, five, or up to 12-15! They also have an upstairs private dining/reception area, and a second dining roo which could be private or not. The service was overall exceptional. It is a short drive from Princeton center to the Forrestal Village where Mauyas is located - and parking is easy and free!
