We offer blankets for sale that can be kept, or left behind and donated to a local charity we support. Three generations of the Frank family found new inspiration in England’s growing gastropub movement.In 2009, they refurbished, restyled and re-opened the traditional British pub at Five Crowns as Corona del Mar’s first and only English-style gastropub, SideDoor.SideDoor is a separate operation within Five Crowns. We are all pleasantly surprised that the Beachcomber wasn’t just beach food.. The cocktails were yummly and the food was delicious. We had the ahi nachos, lobster rolls & artichoke as appetizers. Main dishes included cioppino, short rib, ahi over zucchini spaghetti and shrimp linguine. The best was their dessert.. The brownie that had a huge toasted marshmallow on top.. So good and the beignets we also tasty. Potions for all foods were healthy. We will return during the day to enjoy the scenery.. Hearing the waves were just as great and relaxing.

Wonderful setting! Our serving staff was professional and caring. We were each given a post card to address and write a note on. We were told that the Farmhouse would mail it for us. We had a delicious meal. The soups and pizza were exceptional! We always return! Thank you!

I ALWAYS love my experience at Country Club. The food is fantastic and the vibe is perfect. Sometimes it can feel like you are being rushed a bit to pay and leave, but other than that, it really is a great time.
