We love the name “bonito” because it’s both the Spanish word for “beautiful” and the name of one of the most important fish in Japanese cuisine. We had Christmas Eve dinner they offered a special five course meal option. Everything was delicious and far more than we could eat. We will enjoy left leftover turkey and sides. The ambiance is amazing and every member of the staff that we interacted with was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend making Trio a must visit when you are in PV.

This was not just a meal, but a lovely experience! We were here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from college & it was perfect from start to finish. Impecable service , personal touches, quiet ambiance. The hotel casa Kimberly is filled with Elizabeth Taylor & Richard Burton memorabilia: pics, movie posters etc not kitchey but conservative and adds to the ambience. This is a perfect restaurant for celebration, or romantic atmosphere. The architecture and authentic Mexican tiles are picturesque. Will definitely recommend to friends and come again for a special occasion.
