Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list. Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. This is a gem in a strip mall. Would never expect such outstanding Italian food from the exterior. Family business for years with authentic delicious pastas, salads and desserts. Waiter suggested a reasonable Amarone when the Nebbiolo we selected wasn't available. Great trade off!

Great night with Chaunti! She was so helpful with the new menu and she is so friendly! Our food (salad and lasagna) was outstanding- HUGE compliments to the kitchen staff! The manager stopped by to visit and he was wonderful! Outstanding service and delicious food in a very well managed restaurant- highly recommend!
