PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. Starting in the kitchen, we have every amenity a chef could want, allowing us to serve a wide variety of classic Italian dishes, including homemade pastas, handcrafted pizzas, and mouth-watering seafood and meat entrees.
