A Classic French Bistro in the heart of Edison Park has been a dream of Executive Chef and owner Joe Calabrese for several years. Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. Before opening his other restaurant, Zia’s Trattoria (located one block west of Café Touché at 6699 N.
