Our Executive Chef Giuseppe Fanelli takes classic Italian dishes and puts his own creative spin on them, offering an inventive fare including handmade pastas, fresh seafood and fine steaks. Our bar program includes a nice selection of beers, specialty cocktails and international wine list. With three distinct environments, our space consists of a first floor dining room, beautiful bar and second floor intimate dining lounge. The team at Bistro V (formerly known as Versailles) has been proud to serve the Greenwich community since 1994 at Méli-Mélo, but the story in town actually began in 1990 at the original Versailles café location a few doors up from our current location on Greenwich Avenue.
