First time here. Cocktails were very good. Food was good but a bit overpriced in our opinion; sign of the times I guess. Wife and I shared the chips with blue cheese dip. $19 for potato chips and dip is a bit much but it was tasty and they did give us extra chips. The main course was the lamb stuffed cabbage. It shocked me at $32 for about 3 ounces of ground lamb in a cabbage leaf and a small side of quinoa and harissa. I would have thought two stuffed cabbage rolls at this price. Atmosphere is fun. Love the tropical vibe. We will definitely return!

We tried Walter Hansel Bistro for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday. We decided to do the prix fixe menu, and we were not disappointed. Prior to dinner, we were given a carrot/ginger soup shooter which was delicious. We started with the Vietnamese beef carpaccio...which was a large portion and delicious. We both enjoyed the Caesar salad. It was a HUGE portion, and the flavors were all fresh and crispyi. A delicious salad. I had the sea bass, served on top of what was like lyonnaise potatoes with sauteed spinach and a delicious, buttery sauce. Wonderful. My husband got the NY Strip with a green peppercorn sauce, cooked perfectly. For dessert, I had a scoop of the Apricot Champagne sorbet and the raspberry sorbet (I have to findwhere I can buy these for home). My husband opted for a cheese plate in lieu of the sweet. He was served a triple cream brie...and he ate every morsel. We enjoyed our visit and we will be back, because we saw a few other dishes being served and they all looked fabulous.

Had a wonderful meal last night! Walked in and grabbed a couple of seats at the bar- great service, nice cocktails and wine list. Food was well timed, potions generous and everything was delicious. Tasted fresh and flavorful.

Everything was amazing! The service the food the ambiance! Looking forward to the next time we visit, what an incredible experience! Authentic and delicious Italian food!!!

Everytime we come here, it is the best meal of our lives! HIGHLY recommend!
