I can’t praise the manager and his team enough for their exceptional service and how accommodating they were.

Chaplin was great! My wife and I shared 5 small plates: Roasted Beets, Shrimp Cocktail, Charred Octopus, Poached Lobster Risotto, and Lamb Lollipops. Everything was delicious. We also had a couple of Manhattans, and finished off with an Espresso Martini and Crème Brûlée for dessert. We decided to eat at the beautiful bar, and the bartender’s were lovely. Overall a great experience!

We have been dining here for years. Special occasions of just a night out, they never fail to deliver a quality experience. The menu is great and the cookstaff exceptional! Waitstaff is friendly and attentive, comfortable seating and excellent cocktails make this restaurant one of our favorite go-to establishments. The building has a storied past and historical significance too.

The food was fabulous! The crab cake and the Camarones y Vieras con Ravioli de Langosta entree were especially outstanding. We arrived at 4:30 for a very early dinner, and the place was peacefully quiet. Our servers were great at taking and delivering our food orders, and attentively kept my husband's water glass filled (no mean feat). The young man who took my wine order seemed unfamiliar with wines in general, and did not make useful recommendations from Pacifico's wine list. He asked multiple times if I wanted to order a second glass; I thought I was clear the first time that one glass was it for me. Highly recommend Pacifico. We'll be back!

everything we had was well prepared and presented. the wait staff was totally professional. we will be going back...... unfortunately the dish we went for wasn't available on the night we visited, but we look forward to trying it next time we're there.
