Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations. Incredible Steak Salad – A Must-Try! I visited Cedar & Elm for lunch today and the steak salad blew me away! The steak was cooked to a tender, juicy medium-rare and seasoned to perfection. It was sliced thinly and layered over a bed of greens that were fresh and vibrant with a uber pleasing scent of lemon. What truly elevated the dish were the house-made vinaigrette which tied it all together beautifully, balancing the richness of the steak with a zesty fresh lemon kick. This salad is a perfect blend of indulgence and healthy eating. It was the best steak salad I have ever had so I will definitely come back to enjoy it again—highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memory maker!

I have been coming here with friends for many years, but haven’t been in a while as covid changed everything up. Sunday happy hour was quiet and delicious! We stayed long past when we should be done and they were gracious and accommodating. The place was pop’n when we left! What a great experience, great food, and great service!
