Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Hard Rock Cafe is my daughter's favorite place to celebrate her birthday. We love the energy and the vibe. We started with the Legendary Nachos. They were fresh, hot and the toppings were evenly spread out. Two of us had burgers - the Classic and Original Legendary. The burgers are consistently top notch and delicious. The birthday girl had the Margherita Flatbread and loved it. Mom enjoyed the Grilled Salmon Noodle Bowl. Everyone was happy! The birthday girl was treated with a complimentary ice cream sundae that she thoroughly enjoyed and shared. We like celebrating at the Hard Rock Cafe. I do consider it a bit pricier than other casual/sports restaurants but its worth it a few times per year.

Front desk was super sweet. Francisco treated us like royalty all the way and loved his suggestions. Very great experience. The only detail was that front desk did not tell Francisco about our birthday celebration so nothing special was offered. But the food and service was so amazing that we still had a great time.
