Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. La Rural Restaurant is an Argentine restaurant established in 2004. It initially started as a store where people came to buy good cuts of high quality meat. With time the store has evolved into a full service restaurant that offers an extensive range of dishes and wine. After almost a decade, the restaurant was taken by new owners, Emilce Pistone and Gabriel Cambaklian who added more to the growing restaurant and even included some Italian dishes in La Rural. La Rural offers premium cuts of meat, specials, appetizers, and homemade desserts. The ambiance is warm and welcoming and it has a total capacity of 100 people.

The Cook and the Cork is an interesting establishment. The menu is decidedly chef driven. But the ambience is that of a cozy , eclectic neighborhood haunt. We adore the outdoor seating, which allows the diner to think they are in an island setting and forget they are steps away from a paved parking lot in a strip shopping center. We have had successful meals consisting of an assortment of appetizers and entrees. Last night included the crispy beef "cigars" with Thai chili dip appetizer, followed by the braised lamb shank. Both were unsurprisingly wonderful. Don't forget to cap off your evening with the Key Lime pie.
