Adam’s take on a traditional British pub, The Loch & the Tyne is open 5 days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday. Originally built in 1518, the building was the very first Guildhall in Windsor which was the meeting place for the Trinity Guild (the town traders) which since the 13th Century has provided the governing body for the town until it was turned into an inn & public house in 1689. There has been a pub on this site for almost 500 years and is one of the oldest establishments in the town, only a few of which are still standing.Located on Market Street, The Prince Harry is only 50 metres from Windsor Castle. Plenty of delicious choices on the menu; all those we chose were extremely tasty and more than came up to expectations. This was our second visit here after a very good experience earlier in the year and we were certainly not disappointed. Everything, including the warm welcome and friendly, knowledgeable service and of course the superb food and drink was excellent and we can’t wait to return! A perfect way to start our Christmas celebrations.

Absolutely loved our tea in the lounge by the window! Food was delicious & beautifully presented. Tea was also very good (Darjeeling) and the service was impeccable! We do plan to return soon!

We treated ourselves to a pre Christmas meal. We had Chateaubriand. The meal was amazing, meat cooked to perfection. This is my 3rd time at this wonderful restaurant in the last 3 months. Sunday Lunch, meal with friends and last night with my Fiancé. Each time the staff have been attentive and the atmosphere is inviting. i would highly recommend The George. We will be back soon
