HiFalutin is a family dream come true...Back in 1986, as we were creating a name for "Baggin's" (our gourmet sandwich shops), we came across the word "HiFalutin". The name seemed to encompass another dream that we had for establishing a unique, western-like restaurant- one that would be "a cut above" the rest. As that name danced in our heads for 16 years...it has inspired and shaped the creation we now share with you - "HiFalutin:".
