Montecatini is a stable for Walnut Creek as it opened October 17, 1989, the day of the Loma Prieta earthquake in California. Since then, Montecatini Ristorante has become a place for "regulars" to enjoy a true Italian dining experience. We are a loud and bustling environment where many have come to say we're like family. All our dishes are meticulously prepared with the finest and freshest ingredients. Our pastas and entrees are served piping hot from our kitchen to your table.     We love this place- a nice hidden gem in downtown WC. We love sitting at the bar and Lucas is great- very knowledgeable and an experienced bartender. They had a three course prefix for Valentines Day which was a little pricey but delicious nonetheless. We just wish they still offered their delicious homemade bread during the prefix. One of our favorite date night locations- we’ll be back!

    For my first experience food is great! The customer service top tier and engaging to assist in ensuring the experience is enhanced. The food is great value in my experience getting the ribeye. The sitting area pretty dull average compared to RH in Sausalito Area.

    Fizz is my Happiest Place on earth. The champagne selection is mind blowing, food is delicious and the team is beyond knowledgeable and so professional. Love Andrea and Raymond James. Great spot! Highly suggest stopping in.

    This is my favorite Spanish restaurant in the Bay Area. The food is exquisite with tasty paellas. My favorite is the Tomahawk Paella. The have excellent mixologists with delicious drinks. The service is excellent and friendly. Be prepared to wait several minutes even if you have a reservation, as they restaurant is always busy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
