Our pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere and an ‘Olde Worlde’ feel. Our award winning public house has a reputation for quality food.Jacque and the team at The Fountain Inn welcome you to our friendly establishment, where we try to serve good quality fayre at a reasonable price with a focus on cleanliness, safety and old fashioned values in service and training.Our full timers are Terry-Anne, Nick, Laura, Sammie and Annie and they are all here to ensure you enjoy your experience with us.Our Office Manager is Shannon and if there is any information you require she will be glad to help in any way she can.Craig is our head chef with a wealth of experience and ideas, ably assisted by Kyle.Thank you for eating at The Fountain Inn at Clent and if you enjoy your visit please tell a friend, if not please tell us.Our large car park ensures space is available at all times for passing trade and tourers. Gaijin Sushi is the creation of chef/director, Michal Kubiak. Having opened in March 2018, and receiving excellent reviews, including the Guardian in our first month, we are proud to offer a unique experience. You can sit around our sushi bar, which sits 10 and watch our chefs creating the sushi right before your eyes! Or if you would like to enjoy with friends we have two tables that can seat up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask questions, such are "Where is the fish from?" we love answering them!     Saturday lunch in the restaurant, 4 adults and one child… warm and friendly reception drinks order taken without delay and menus provided…. always a good choice and regular changes to the menu. Started with turkey scotch egg, baked Camembert to share all devoured… main courses of pizza, pork belly, fish and chips and blade of beef…. very good sized portions, all cooked well and presented impeccably… service was excellent no room for desserts except ice cream for my granddaughter quickly finished and asked for another… opted for Irish coffees … excellent

    Food was delicious. The Christmas dinner cottage pie was one of the best meals I’ve tasted this year! And the blade of beef received equally positive feedback. Desserts delicious too.

    The service and all was lovely but the food my turkey rashers were stale my beans brown was chipped on the side and the bowl just looked a mess my sausages were abit cold I didn’t really enjoy my food as much
