First time in Banff and we were very keen to experience both the restaurant and the karaoke…..we were absolutely over the moon with the food, service, karaoke booth and experience. It was superb. Our singing was terrible but our enjoyment levels were through the roof. 5*

We hosted our adult children for an after Christmas dinner and concert in Banff. All the staff were welcoming and efficient. Our server Julian was excellent. He attended to our diet need and faster than normal turnaround sour to the Banff Springs concert ticket timing. We enjoyed the salmon entrees, short ribs, cowboy steak and bison pasta. All excellent and done quickly - the kitchen really did well for us. We highly recommend the Maple Leaf and will return.

Outstanding service, food, cozy quiet ambience and price for 5 star food. Best eggs Benedict and burger we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try other foods on the menu. Had the Christmas Day brunch and it was a lovely experience. So incredibly affordable for the quality and presentation of the food!! Staff are absolutely wonderful. This will be our go to for meals in Banff from now on.

Yet another excellent experience at Farm & Fire. Accommodating restaurant that made our party of 8 very welcome. Great table choice and our server helped with suggestions and did not over sell. Tomohawk and full chicken excellent as were sides of mash, croquettes, risotto and carrots. Philosophy and leadership evident in all staff, an example to management. Our favourite in Banff this holiday fortnight.

Booked for early evening to take advantage of the happy hour menu… food was so spectacular that we ordered off the full menu anyway. The service here is very attentive and thoughtful. The menu choices are interesting and perfectly balanced and I love the open airy feel of the restaurant. Most restaurants that are inside hotels are lacklustre. NOT Brazen… I dine here even if I wasn’t staying in the hotel. Delicious.
