Laboratorio Kitchen offers guests a modern atmosphere paired with seasonal food and tender service. We are a BYOB restaurant. Chef/Owner James DeSisto has a seasonal a la carte menu featuring fresh seafood, pasta, steaks, and appetizers. In addition there is a chef’s special menu featuring local and seasonal food from all over NJ, PA, and NY please keep in mind this menu changes weekly. Chef DeSisto also has gluten free and vegan options for guests as well. Our outdoor patio is weather permitting, if we cannot accommodate outside due to weather we will move you inside depending on availability. Some must try’s are the giant meatball, house made pastas, steak au poivre or our delicious day boat scallops!!     Wow, this place definitely lives up to the hype! My friend has been a regular since it first opened and suggested Naxos to celebrate our friend’s birthday. From the warm, friendly staff to the incredible food, everything exceeded expectations. The crudo is some of the best I’ve ever had—including throughout the Mediterranean! The fish was so fresh, I almost wondered if it swam straight to the restaurant just hours before being prepared. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

    Made a reservation through Open Table, and we were seated promptly. The service was courteous and prompt, and all the food was delicious. This is definitely going to be one of our prime date night locations.

    We had the best time celebrating our anniversary. From the start, the host was super welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we tried was amazing. And the view? Just stunning! It made the whole night even more special. We couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate us. Thank you The Highlawn for an amazing time.
