Carbone is Chef Mario Carbone’s homage to the great Italian American restaurants of mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. His food captures the essence of that history but takes its culinary cues from the kitchens of his childhood, the great talents with whom he worked throughout his early career and incorporates his signature techniques that blend familiar and bold flavors to create the most craveable dishes.     Probably one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had in awhile. From the host to the waiter everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. Food and drinks were immaculate! Ambiance was absolutely amazing! The ladies room was pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend.

    Everything Duro Hospitality does is a hit, and The Charles is no exception! The service was impeccable, the drinks were top notch, and the food was delectable! We had a large party and showed up to the back bar an hour before for pre dinner drinks and they were so accommodating to take care of us and always kept us informed of the table. They treated the birthday guest to an amazing glass of champagne, and made the whole experience amazing. Charles was our server and he was great! Nate the Manager on duty as well as his whole staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back so many more times, and I am so happy that Duro has this gem in their repertoire!

    While still a good dining experience, I was expecting much more. I felt it was vastly overpriced and their signature dishes (Chicken Parmesan and Pasta Vodka) left a lot to be desired. Service was extremely courteous, but excruciatingly slow. It’s good to go and check off the box, but I won’t be frequenting.
