I thought because the server asked if we we celebrating something special, maybe they would sing or give her a small free desert like most other places do, but nothing. Other than that, it was great. We had great service from Darren and Wilson, they were constantly checking on us, which was pretty hard, considering it was very busy for a Thursday night, but they prevailed. The food was Top Notch!! We went back for Japanese A5 wagyu, at least 4-6 times just for that particular cut of meat. Considering this was our first time, they had more than enough on their $99 menu to highly satisfy us. Thank you Niku X, particularly Darren and Wilson, we had the greatest experience!!! So, going to El Torito for the holidays has become a very cool thing for us to do. My wife and I enjoy the food and the appreciate the service for Christmas (on Christmas day, no less).
