Lindy our server was excellent! Professional and friendly and very helpful with my partners food restrictions. Food was delicious and my steak was prepared to a perfect medium rare. We will return!

We went for Valentines and it was our first time there. We chose the restaurant based on the online reviews and the reviews were spot on. We were seated right away. Greeted right away. Service and food were outstanding!!!! We now have a new favorite Italian restaurant for when we are visiting Downtown.

My fiance and I found our expericene to be absolutely amazing. It wasn't till our host was leading us to our table that our excitement gradually increased. Walking down the candle lit steps, and then stepping into a room where it felt we both have entered into a new world. The ambience with the dim lighting, and the rustic feel of the room was very romantic (fitting for our anniversary!). This will be a silly comparison, but when we finally got a taste of our main plate, the braised bone-in Colorado short rib, I felt like a scene from Ratatouille. Each bite carried feelings and mellow colors to my mind that I haven't experienced before. Physically I was present in the restaurant, but mentally I was somewhere else. I didn't realize this part either, but subconscious I was even chewing slowly just to savor each flavor. We've only been to one other high-end restaurant, Nocturne, so our expectations were high, but I must say, we were completely satisfied and joyes as we left the restaurant. Thank you all for the unique experience.

The steaks are next-level—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and incredibly tender. But beyond the steak, the menu offers a great selection of seafood, sides, and creative drinks that make the whole dining experience even better. The little burgers and truffle pasta are absolute musts! Service was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, out for a date night, girls night, or just looking for a great meal with a lively vibe, STK Denver does not disappoint.
