The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. Excellently prepared food with a Maryland flavor, plenty of choice from both sea and land. Wine list is comprehensive and reasonably priced. Dessert is always a highlight, the house made Candy Bar is a favorite.

Dinner was absolutely delicious!! The arugula salad just gets better and better. I tried the short-rib agnolotti for the first time and every bite was spectacular!! Only complaint- a few more of those bites would have felt more satisfying, it didn’t feel like quite enough. Please add just a bit more to the plate next time, and the Panna Cotta was to die for!!

I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.
