Insignia once again never disappoints! Alex was an absolute pleasure as usual. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were delicious. The chef’s execute perfect attention to detail when they cook their amazing food! Alex always goes above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. He truly is the best of the best and an asset to this awesome restaurant! The food and the staff and the reason why Insignia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Long Island! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sangria 71! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was truly outstanding each dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, with their signature sangrias stealing the show. What really made the evening exceptional, though, was the service. Our waitress Theresa is the best! She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She had great recommendations and added a personal touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. Sangria 71 is a gem, and I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal.
