And what an array of choices! For those craving more than just ramen, you too have come to the right place. Start off the meal with an exclusive appetizer, ranging from Momosan’s take on salmon or tuna poke, pork gyoza to pork belly skewers to the surf and turf maki. Pair your appetizers and noodles with one of 20+ sake options, eight of which are Morimoto signature sakes, served by the glass, carafe, and/or bottle. Choose between 3 draught and 3 bottled beers. Momosan also offers white and red wines from Napa Valley, both by the glass and by the bottle.

Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles.     We had such a special holiday tea. Each person gets to make their own selection of tea and gets their own pot. We got to take home a box of the special anniversary tea and make some extra holiday selections from a roving cart. We loved the special treat at the end to celebrate our anniversary- really sweet considering this was not something we directly communicated to the restaurant. Amazing service!

    A huge thank you to Melissa and all of the staff at Il Bistro for making our Christmas day dinner such a delicious and magical event! Our family was flying from Phoenix to Anchorage and wanted to stop and see my parents in Seattle… the Christmas dinner at Il Bistro was the perfect place to meet and enjoy time (and amazing food) together! But it required a lot of coordination, since our layover was only 4.5 hours - a tight window to get off the plane, into a cab, speed downtown, and get into the restaurant in time to meet my 80-year-old parents for our 5:30 PM reservation, and since reservations booked up so quickly, we had no room for error. Fortunately, Melissa helped us coordinate everything…it seemed the entire staff knew of our situation and was ready to help, treating my parents graciously, assisting them with nearby parking when they arrived, and seating them comfortably at our quiet corner table overlooking the restaurant so they could see us as soon as we came in. Such a gift! And the food was so delicious! Truly an unforgettable night 💕 Thank you Il Bistro!
