Last night, I celebrated my birthday dinner at Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—the food, the service, and the breathtaking scenery. I ordered the salmon, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s expertise. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening. The highlight, however, was the setting. Watching the sun set while sipping on pre-dinner cocktails was absolutely magical. The colors reflecting off the water created a serene and romantic atmosphere that perfectly complemented the dining experience. This was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa for anyone looking for a memorable night out. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a desire for amazing food and views, this place delivers on all fronts!

Overall a good experience but probably wouldn’t come here if not staying at the Andaz.

Christmas Buffet. Tons of choices including nice seafood offerings. Lobster, shrimp. Many types of sushi. Something for everyone. All of us were happy. Do be aware it’s expensive but I think very fair. When booked we did not realize it was a buffet . Not mentioned in the online booking.

We were here a couple of weeks ago and came back 2 nights in a row for more great dinners. Excellent service (Angela, Jerry, Daniel) and food, 2 nights in a row. We live on Maui and having a great staycation at Four Seasons Wailea. Hostesses Rachel and Abeer helpful and friendly. Manager Brianna delightful. We loved everything, not a single complaint. Great olive caponata amuse bouche/starter. The Festa menu is an excellent opportunity to try a variety of dishes. Calamari Fritti, Insalata Tricolore, Caprese Invernale, Pastas (with clams/Vongole; Tagliatelle Bolognese); Wagyu Bistecca with spuma, oyster mushrooms brocollini, smoked ricotta carrots. Excellent creative lemon yuzu dessert reminded us pleasantly of our many trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

Fantastic food. Great Birthday experience for my wife. View, service were 5 star!
