We have one major focus: the popular German street food - schnitzel. We also have wursts made by local German meat market legend, Binkert's (Rosedale, MD). Other partnerships include a Black Forest Ice Cream Sandwich by Scoop & Paddle (Clarksville, MD).We use fresh meats and vegetables, never frozen. The pretzels are made by hand by an Army vet who learned to make pretzels in Germany after his service. The sauces are made from scratch. Our cocktail program features both popular and obscure German spirits. The wine program consists of small-production family-owned wineries in Germany and Austria. Beer offerings include a healthy diet of imported German beers and local breweries who make German-style brews. This was my friend's first visit to Copper Canyon and he was impressed with the whole vibe. He enjoyed the food and drinks. It was not crowded and our server Lisa was exceptional. Definitely will get backed.

Excellent service. Our waitress was efficient and personable. She thanked us for coming in and welcomed us to come back. The potatoes were luke warm and not crispy like normal. My eggwhite veggie omelet was flavorful and fresh.

Overall was a great experience, but the crab cake sandwich had quite a few shells in it. The staff was great, the waitress was great when she came around, but was gone for a while quite a few times. The supervisor or front office staff was also very kind and helpful!
