Inspired by the best pizza of New York City and Naples, Italy. In 2005, Annie and Craig Stoll annexed the space next door to their James Beard Award winning Delfina restaurant fulfilling a long time dream of bringing Neapolitan-inspired pizzas to San Francisco. The cocktails and food were very creative. The wine list is exclusively, unapologetically, and properly Italian. I love my California wines, but am glad that this place is committed to Italian food and wine.

This was our Thanksgiving Dinner. Only two of us now so we went with the prix fixe turkey dinner. Yes, I know Il Fornaio is an Italian restaurant, but all the traditional Thanksgiving items were excellent.

Fun and delicious! Love the no shoe/floor seating, glass partitions which give you and your party a private feel, but most of all the charcoal yakitori. Favs for us are the pork belly, corn, wagyu beef, and the bacon wrapped mochi. Staff was attentive and delightful. Open until 2am so perfect for those late night munchies.
