Rojo Mexican Grill serves new culinary creations and many traditional dishes, such as quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas, but with bold new flavors or in unique presentations. Ingredients, such as the tortillas, guacamole, and salsas, are made fresh from scratch each day. And Rojo uses special proprietary blends of Mexican spices to create the unique recipes.The stylish restaurant seats more than 280 guests and was designed to evoke traditional Mexican décor, but with a modern influence. RH Rooftop goes beyond others. By far one of the best dating restaurants in Minnesota. Staff were polite, knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Food was delicious, perfectly portioned, and harmonious with our stay. I recommend arriving a little early to enjoy the beauty of their lobby, stairways, and gallery.

Had the pear sandwich for dinner, the queso for the chips was homeade and next level good. My date had the bison tacos, they were delicious. We had the lemon ricotta hot cakes and bison Benedict for breakfast the next morning. The service was excellent, I am going to recommend it to everyone going to Minneapolis and I will definitely go again.

Great service, good food, and a value for the money spent. Server was very good in recommending vegan options for a few of our diners. Her recommendations were excellent! The noise level was pretty high which made talking to everyone in our 8-person booth a little difficult at times. Overall, recommend YardHouse for good food, great service, and a fun, bar-type atmosphere.

Our server was attentive and helpful. At first, we were assigned a booth by the door which was too loud. A manager moved us to a nice quiet booth where we could actually have a conversation. The food was excellent and the price was good for the value. Suggestion: add a good Mexican beer like Dos XX.
