The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. Other delights include a Tuscan Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Whole Branzino, and a beautifully presented Pot of Mussels. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. The 30 foot bar that can accommodate up to 14 people for cocktails or dinner, as well as an authentic Italian happy hour - Appertivi from Tuesday - Thursday.     Freshest sushi ever! This is a small, quaint restaurant where all tables sit upstairs in the building. There are 4-6 stools at the sushi bar downstairs with a restroom on both floors. The sushi was off the charts incredible and our waitress was super friendly and attentive. I commented to my husband about how great she was and to leave her an extra special tip. Will be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know that will be hosting New Hope. It’s a BYOB and for two of us, on Christmas Eve our total was $118 plus tip. It is small and gets crowded so be sure to make a reservation.

    My wife and I were in Lambertville for Christmas Eve, at the last minute or Dinner plans fell through, that's when we found The Hawke. Everything about this place is amazing, drinks were very good, I had the pork chop with the peppercorn sauce, my wife had the Veal, both were absolutely out of this world. Ricky our server was very energetic, his personality made our experience that much better.

    Amazing! We have gone to brunch but thought we would try dinner at Stella’s…..we had the Dorade Fish dish which was absolutely out of this world….a flavor explosion! Stella’s has become a New Hope Favorite!
